Ripple 2026: The Messy Middle

May 28, Gold Coast

Nothing like your typical business conference.

Ripple Festival isn’t about corporate hype or untouchable celebrity speakers.

It’s about real conversations, practical learning, and creative energy that moves your business forward.

If you’re a small business owner who wants to earn well, do good, and make waves, this is where you belong.

WHAT RIPPLE FEELS LIKE ~

WHAT RIPPLE FEELS LIKE ~

For small business owners diehards in the messy middle.

Not the exciting start.
Not the polished success story.
The bit most of us are actually in.

You belong in this room

Ripple was created by two Aussie female founders who felt they didn’t belong at other business conferences and events.

We didn’t want to hand out business cards and refine our sales pitch.

We didn’t want to hear the same legacy advice that’s recycled and destroying our planet.

We didn’t want a whinge fest, either. Small business is hard, but it’s also unbelievably rewarding.

Miami Marketta, Gold Coast

Empty indoor event space with colorful murals of Frida Kahlo on the walls, some tables and chairs, and a stage at the back.
Interior of a cozy bar or café with a vintage couch, warm lighting, a long bar with hanging ornate lamps, a small stage with colorful lighting, and wooden tables and chairs.
A man with short brown hair and a beard raising his hand during a meeting or discussion in a classroom or office, with a woman in glasses and a scarf sitting in front of him and other individuals in the background.
A woman with blonde hair smiling and raising her hand while seated among an audience at an outdoor event.

Ripple is for small business owners who:

  • Run their own show

  • Care about profit and purpose

  • Are sick of the same speakers on every stage

  • Want depth, not hype

  • Value community over competition

  • Know there’s more than one way to succeed

  • Are ready to move past legacy thinking

From accountants to photographers, marketers to e-commerce founders, Ripple is for those building something meaningful and profitable, without selling their soul.

If you’ve ever felt like you didn’t quite belong at traditional business events, Ripple Festival was made for you.
